The family team at regional law firm Brachers is set to take the South East by storm. With expertise already recognised by both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession, the recent appointment of solicitor Victoria Toy now brings the team to eight, the largest team in Kent based in one centre of excellence.
Victoria joins Brachers from Rix and Kay and deals with a wide range of matrimonial and cohabitation disputes as well as child act proceedings.
She is a member of Resolution whose members follow a code of practice that promotes a non-confrontational approach to family problems and encourages solutions that consider the needs of the whole family and in particular the best interests of children.
