Ashford Borough Council – celebrating project successes

The big picture: creating multi-channel content to boost engagement


As part of our ongoing work with Ashford Borough Council, we created a strategic, multi-channel engagement building campaign with a creative twist. We built a bank of 16 case studies with accompanying photography, videography and infographics, showcasing the personal stories of developers, investors and business-owners who chose Ashford for their next big step. Our goal was to highlight all the great opportunities available for life, work and investment in the area.

Our content focused on case studies in a wide array of fields, from developers to beer brewers, architects to gourmet grocers. These supported our wider projects for Ashford Borough Council and were rolled out across the Ashford For website and social media channels, as well as providing dynamic, exciting content for targeted social media advertising.

The case studies are just one of our recent successes for Ashford Borough Council – we have also designed an investment event attended by over 100 investors, agents, end-users, government officials, developers and partners in Kings Cross, and overseen big increases in engagement across website and social media traffic, particularly for LinkedIn.

  • 20% increase in organic traffic to website in 2019
  • 50% increase in social media traffic in 2019
  • 5% newsletter open rate compared to 36.2% industry average.
