The Mall Maidstone
Having worked with the Mall Maidstone on an event they organised back in 2017, their team reached out to us to manage their Facebook account as well as their PR.
How we’ve achieved this
Working closely with the Mall Maidstone’s Marketing team, our digital experts create and deliver monthly content calendars, tailored to match local and national events, awareness days and seasonal activities. This has helped us drive engagement, as well as grow and strengthen their online and offline community.
Alongside our organic content strategy, we also work on temporary paid social media campaigns which help drive engagement at key moments – half-term holidays, Easter, Halloween, Christmas… We build and implement the campaigns, as well as advise their team on how to maximise presence on other social media channels.
We also manage their Public Relations, which include drafting press releases and reaching out to the local press to coverage of the Mall’s events and new shop openings
Developing and expanding their social media strategy have allowed us to help the local shopping centre increase its footfall at key moments (half-term holidays, summer holidays, …), and reinforce their place at the centre of community.
