Pillory Barn are delighted to announce promotions for two of the longest serving members of Team PB as the leading Kent-based creative communications agency makes changes to support future growth.

Emily Marmara joined Pillory Barn in 2018 as Account Executive from a London PR agency, while Lee Winter has been with the agency since 2015 in a number of roles, building on his former experience as a journalist and communications officer with Medway Council.

Lisa Harris, Communications and PR Director, Pillory Barn, said: “I am delighted to announce two well-deserved promotions within the communications team for both Emily and Lee.

“Throughout her time with us, Emily has continued to show that she is a calm and assured account manager with a flair for client and project management. She continues to delight our clients, with many returning to us for additional projects.

“We continually receive positive feedback about Emily from both colleagues and clients alike, with many clients already seeing her as their ‘go-to’ contact at the agency, and I am delighted to announce that she has been promoted to Client Account Director.

Lee is also being promoted to the new role of Senior Content Director. Lee is a long-standing member of the PB family and has rightly earned the respect of each and every one of us from his way with words to his media management experience.

In addition to working on key clients Lee will work alongside the senior management team to help shape our strategy and narrative as well as improving our presence on social and online.

I would like to personally thank them both for their hard work, support, and dedication to the team and I’m sure you will join me in congratulating both Emily and Lee on their well-deserved promotions.
