We curated a multi-faceted event hosted at The Historic Dockyard, Chatham. Having delivered other events there we knew what worked best.  We structured the day to offer a variety of experiences that catered to diverse interests and individual needs, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.

Our experience delivering large scale events proved to be invaluable and we knew the venue and drew upon our contacts to make this event a success.

Coordinating 300 people and ensuring they each had a positive experience was managed by structuring the day around three core activities, each using a different area of the Dockyard.

An interactive workshop led by Grant Payne from Wellbeing People provided practical strategies for managing stress, building resilience, and improving mental fitness—tools designed to empower participants in both their professional and personal lives.

Rachel Moore from iPrintedThat hosted a community art session where participants explored their creative sides while strengthening team dynamics through a collaborative art-making experience.

Pillory Barn devised a bespoke scavenger hunt which saw teams from MHS Homes explore the Dockyard, tackling a mix of quiz questions and practical challenges, collectively problem-solving, with a sense of friendly competition, before awarding a prize to the winning group.

Other activities included the presentation of the Housing Diversity Networking Accreditation, an important milestone in recognising MHS Homes’ commitment to inclusivity and an exhibition area offering blood pressure checks, information on wellbeing initiatives, and interactive displays the company’s workplace programmes.
